Cressex celebrates another year of positive GCSE results

Students and staff at Cressex Community School are celebrating another year of positive GCSE results, building on the strong track record of recent years. More students than ever before gained a top grade (A*/A); more students than ever before passed with a grade B or better and more than ever gained a grade C or better.

Some individual students achieved excellent outcomes. These include: Rukia Ahmed, Chinika Charles, Matthew Joslin, Faiqa Mansoor, Athena Michaelides, Ikra Parveen and Kamran Raja. The highest performing student was Simina Lungu, with an exceptional set of grades including 6 A*s and 2 As.

Headteacher David Hood said: “My thanks and congratulations to the students and to everybody in the school community who has worked so hard to help the students get the results they deserve.”
