11 FebruaryYear 10 Maths Feast Competition (not whole year group)The Maths Feast is a competition run by The Further Maths Support Programme (FMSP) and is taking place on Thursday 11th February 2016. This is part of the Gifted and Talented programme run by the Cressex Maths Department in conjunction with FMSP. This is a national competition which combines mathematical, communication and teamwork skills and offers students another way to express and develop their enjoyment of mathematics. In order to promote this work, local media may be invited to come along and report on the day. So I would be grateful if you could give permission for your son/daughter to be photographed or filmed if he/she is asked, or if he/she is captured in the background of a photograph; or better still is a member of the winning team. 08:35 - 13:30 12 FebruaryYear 9 Trip to Imperial War MuseumWe will leave school at 9.00am and return to school by approximately 18.00pm depending on traffic.  We will be travelling by coach.
